HOW TO : Set Max Emails Each Domain Can Send
For Server:
centos 6.5
cPanel/WHM Control Panel
OpenVZ
1. Log into to WHM
2. WHM >> Tweak Settings
3. Click “Mail” tab (at the top)
4. Find “Max hourly emails per domain”
5. Set it to something other than unlimited
6. Save changes
