Post-Election 2016 Podcast talking about Democratic stupidity, Dems blaming everybody but Hillary Clinton, and the party not understanding that the Republicans have been at war with them (and us) for a very long time.
I say this to you as one Liberal adult to another: F-ck every last one of you who seek to vote-shame American citizens and browbeat the younger generation into wallowing in an ocean of bullsh!t that your careless Neoliberal policies have created. There. I said it.
@whisperwatch – This nation may be about to deal with the consequences and repercussions of actions taken by the elites in both parties. The Republican voters pushed forth Donald Trump as their nominee and the Democrats supposedly voted for what is clearly the weaker of their two candidates.
Did the Democratic leadership and establishment Dems really give a sh!t about the outcome of the California primary, or was President Obama and Elizabeth Warren going to endorse Hillary Clinton no matter the outcome? As President Obama apparently becomes the first sitting president to endorse a candidate under FBI investigation, the establishment (media and politicians) still have their heads in the sand over Clinton’s record.
A number of recent polls now show Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump in a statistical tie. But Clinton fans and her allies in the media are desperately trying to convince the public to dismiss the very measurement by which they so effectively promoted her candidacy in the past. Some of the same polls show Bernie Sanders trouncing Trump by double digits which apparently makes it mandatory to ignore these new numbers.
I’m going to say this until progressives and other liberals get their heads out of the sand: Hillary Clinton’s baggage is real and is not entirely the fault of baseless Republican attacks.
Incrementalism is a method of achieving a goal through political gradualism or small steps. The more I pay attention to President Obama without the blinders, the more I see this political gradualism as wholly inadequate to fix some of the nation’s biggest problems.
The democratic primary between Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton is still ongoing but you would never know that by watching the corporate media’s coverage as of late. Their focus appears to be trying to guilt Sanders into allowing Clinton to waltz right into the general election despite the fact that not everyone has voted yet.
I’m just going to say it: You know good and damn well Bernie Sanders didn’t say all black people are poor and live in ghettos, or that all white people don’t know what it’s like to be poor. Cut that sh!t out.
